This policy applies to professional review services booked through Sitecypresscore Mining Review Co., Ltd. It does not cover mining hardware, which we do not sell.

Deposit and payment
A 40% deposit secures your booking date. The remaining balance is invoiced upon report delivery. All payments are by bank transfer in Korean won.
Full refund eligibility
You may receive a full refund of deposits and fees paid when:
- We cancel the engagement due to staff unavailability or safety concerns at your site
- We fail to deliver the agreed report within 10 business days of the stated delivery date without a mutually agreed extension
- You cancel more than 14 calendar days before the scheduled site visit or bench session
Partial refund eligibility
- Cancellation 7–14 days before visit: 50% of deposit refunded; remaining deposit applied to administrative costs
- Cancellation fewer than 7 days before visit: Deposit is non-refundable
- Report revision disputes: If factual errors are identified within 14 days, we revise at no charge. Partial refunds are not issued for disagreements with recommendations, only for demonstrable measurement or documentation errors
Non-refundable items
- Travel and lodging costs already incurred for highland site visits
- Overnight monitoring fees if monitoring was completed as booked
- Procurement advisory fees once the specification memo has been delivered
- Deposits forfeited due to no-show without 24-hour notice
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 7 days before the original date. Additional reschedules incur a ₩150,000 administrative fee. Winter commissioning windows (November–February) may have limited availability for rescheduled dates.
No-shows
If our engineers arrive on site and access is denied without prior notice, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook.
Work already started
If you cancel after on-site work has begun, fees for completed field hours and any deployed data loggers are non-refundable. Deliverables completed to that point will be provided.
Purchased materials
We do not purchase materials on behalf of clients. If you separately order filters, loggers, or consumables recommended in our report, those purchases are between you and the supplier.
Refund process
Email info@sitecypresscore.click with your booking reference, service name, and reason for the refund request. We acknowledge within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days to the original bank account.
Chargebacks
As we do not process card payments, chargebacks do not apply. Disputes are resolved through direct correspondence and, if necessary, the courts of Daegu under our Terms of Service.
